Customer Response Center
The Customer Response Centre is a multi-tiered service that responds to a client's Information Technology needs, on a number of different levels. This Centre is an immediate-response program designed to give our client's system software application support and problem solving at the highest level possible.

Problem resolution services include all aspects of customer services such as on-site maintenance, software management and remote systems management. The Call Management Centre, Technical Assistance Centre and Systems Engineers are the problem service centres accessible through this hub.

Companies can not afford any significant downtime, and can count on the Customer Response Centre to keep problems to a minimum.
Software Updates
BlueCurl’s IP Telephony customers receive access to software patches and upgrades either directly from ShoreTel, or from BlueCurl.
Hardware Extended Warranty Program
BlueCurl's Hardware Extended Warranty programs cover your information technology system hardware as well as any ShoreTel product in the event you experience a problem and require a replacement.
